1. Acceptance of TermsUnder “The Terms”, any person who uses the Service will be deemed a User and expressly and absolutely in agreement with the Terms of use of the Service «Trust». Any User who starts to use the Service confirms by their actions that they have read and accepted all the Terms and is bound to comply with them. If the User has any doubts or disagreements then he has no right to start using the Service, including registration on the website (if applicable), and creation of the personal account, among other actions.
2. 5. Common description of the ServiceThe Service allows its Users to find and receive access to any content stored on the Internet and recorded in Etherium. Now search by deals, address and number of the block is available, in due course the functional will expand.
The Service enables the User to use the Service for placing files (hereinafter referred to as files, data or any content) in the store recorded in Etherium with the aim to store files in such space, to synchronize files with the User’s devices, to view, change, delete files and control access to files, as well as in any other manner not contradicting the provisions of these Terms and the documents referred to in these Terms and the law applicable to the User, specifically, the international law. UsersAny individual person or representative person (acting on behalf of a company) can be a User, if they have the necessary rights (or do not have limitations on their rights, including limitation by age) by law, or by the government statements of the country/countries, under which jurisdiction the User is acting. A person cannot be a User if he has received a denial of access to the Service by the Company or to the other products of the Company in accordance with violation of the Terms by the User, or for other reasons, including, but not limited to, if the User does not comply with the necessary control and identity procedures.
7. Content of the ServiceAny User can store and receive access to any information through the Service, for the store and reflection of which the Service was technically prepared. Users are notified and acknowledge that according to various significant technical differences, the Service may not always be able to store and reflect accurate information. Users solely bear their non-disclosure obligations and/or responsibility for the use and non-disclosure of the information, if such restriction is applicable. Unless expressly agreed to by Company in writing elsewhere, Service has no obligation to store any materials that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through your use of the Services. “User Content” means any materials uploaded by you or the other users of the Services. Company has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or accuracy of any materials, including Your Content, the failure to store, transmit or receive transmission of materials, or the security, privacy, storage or transmission of other communications originating with or involving use of the Services. Certain Services may enable you to specify the level at which such Services restrict access to Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content. You agree that Company retains the right to create reasonable limits on the use of the materials, including Your Content, such as limits on file size, storage space, processing capacity, and similar limits described in the web pages accompanying the Services and as otherwise determined by Company in its sole discretion.
8. User ConductUsers agree that, not Company, are entirely responsible for all of Your Content that you distribute, perform, display, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on or through the Services (“Make Available”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted. You assume all risks associated with use of Your Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Intellectual Property Rights, or have obtained all necessary license(s) and permission(s), to use Your Content in keeping with your use in connection with the Services or as otherwise permitted by the Terms; (ii) you have the rights necessary to grant the license and sublicenses described in the Terms; and (iii) you have received consent from any and all persons depicted in Your Content to use Your Content as set forth in the Terms, including distribution, public display, public performance and reproduction of Your Content. You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the Services or materials, you may be exposed to materials (including Shared Group Content) from others that you may consider offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable and hereby do waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Company with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold Company, its affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Services or materials. You agree not to use, or to encourage or permit others to use, the Services to:
  • Make Available any Material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, child-pornographic, lewd, profane, invasive of another’s privacy,hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  • Stalk, intimidate and/or harass another;
  • Incite others to commit violence;
  • Harm minors in any way;
  • Make Available any Material that you do not have a right to Make Available under any Law or contractual or fiduciary relationship;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any of materials posted on or transmitted through the Services;
  • Use the Services or materials such that it will mislead a User into believing that they are interacting directly with Company or any Service;
  • Use any Company domain name as a pseudonymous return email address;
  • Make Available any Material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  • Access or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any Company server or the networks connected to any Company server;
  • Intentionally or unintentionally interfere with or disrupt the Services or violate any applicable Laws related to the access to or use of the Services, violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services, or engage in any activity prohibited by the Terms;
  • Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Services, materials, systems resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Services or any affiliated or linked sites;
  • Disrupt, interfere with, or inhibit any other User from using and enjoying the Services or materials, or other affiliated or linked sites, Services or materials;
  • Access or attempt to access any material that you are not authorized to access or through any means not intentionally made available through the Services;
  • Market any goods or services for any business purposes (including advertising and making offers to buy or sell goods or services), unless specifically allowed to do so by Company;
  • Reproduce, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Services or any materials, use of any Service or materials, or access to any Service or materials; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Services or materials.
  • Collect or store data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in this Section.
9. FeesAfter notification of its Users and declaration of the payment order and the amount of the Service fee, the Company has the right to initiate the charging of the Service fee for the Service.
The Company has a right to charge a service fee for additional services provided to Users.
10. MiscellaneousThe User does not have the right to assign its rights and obligations to use the Service to any third party without written consent and confirmation of the Company. The Company has the right to assign full or part of its rights and obligations to provide the Service to the third parties without any confirmation and consent from its Users or any third parties.
11. Terminations and SuspensionThe Company has the right to terminate the Service in part or in full at any time for all or any Users, if it is deemed necessary in accordance with the requirements of the Law of any jurisdiction, or in accordance with any rules or regulation guidance, or the economic interests of the Company.
12. Changes of TermsThe Service is regularly changed and improved due to the needs of Users and the Community and external circumstances, such as the requirements under the Law of any applicable jurisdictions, rules and regulations. Therefore, the Company has the right to amend the Terms. The amendments are made by way of publishing the amended Terms on the website. The new Terms come into effect at the moment of its publication (unless otherwise stated in the new version of the Terms). The new Terms apply to all Users, including those who have previously used the Service. The continued use of the Service by the User means that the User automatically agrees with and accepts the new Terms. The partial acceptance of the Terms by the User is not valid, and if the User does not agree with any part of the Terms, then he shall stop useing the Service.
13. Assumption of RiskAny User who starts to use the Service assumes the risks related to the use of the Internet, including risks of unauthorized access to the User’s software and information, and risks to the User’s hardware and equipment.. All the above-mentioned risks are out of the Company’s control and out of the range of the Service, but may relate to the content that the User has received access to through the Service. The Company has no ability to control these risks, and does not bear any responsibility, including financial responsibility, for the consequences of the realization of these risks.
14. IndemnityThe Company is not responsible for any loss of Users’ or third party’s, including information in the Content of the Service about the Users and third parties, or any loss of profit, that may arise as a result of any events that are not under the control of the Company, including, but not limited to the results of natural or man-made events (earthquakes, fires, floods, hurricanes, other emergencies, wars and conflicts, blockades, sanctions, political and economic restrictions, strikes, changes in legislation, man-made disasters), or the result of actions of third parties, including changes to service providers, software and equipment.
15. Limitation of LiabilityUsers and any third parties are forewarned and acknowledge that the Service and the Company are not independent, and whose actions have aims to receive and use any information through the Service for it’s own benefit. In cases where Users may receive and use any information through the Service, it means that the information is on open sources of the Internet, including public information that may be received through the use of blockchain technology. Users of the Service legally received and used the information that was in open sources. The Company is not responsible for any possible violations of rights of Users or any third parties, including the information in the Content of the Service about Users and third parties, their rights on information (limited use or non-distribution of the information); violation of their copyrights; and violation of any restrictions that are related to the content of such information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Company notifies all Users and Stakeholders that the Service is on a stage of Beta version in purpose of research and development and is provided to you with the only aim to launch an experimental content; to see how it works; how to make our Service better and comfortable for Users; to receive a feedback from you and other users regarding the website and Service. In connection with the above-mentioned information, the Service may have a number of functional limitations, and significant changes may be made for the Service operations. Users and Stakeholders shall take into account that the provided feedbacks and information are accessible to employees and partners of the Company, and may become available to other Users and Stakeholders, or may be published by the Company, or may be otherwise disclosed. In connection with the above-mentioned we recommend you follow the ethical principles of communication, as well as requirements to the content of public or non-public messages. Users and Stakeholders are solely control the provided by them personal data, confidential information, or information that is not subject to disclosure. Users are solely responsible for content of their feedbacks, or possible disclosure of feedbacks, or suggestions to the development of the Service or analytical information.
17. Trademarks and other intellectual property rightsAll Trademarks, Software and other copyrights provided on the website are the property of the Company and protected by trademark and copyright laws of different jurisdictions, and by international laws. Nothing in the Terms or other documents gives anyone more rights than provided in the Terms, including the right to copy and distribute the provisions of the Terms. While using the Service, Users are provided with a simple non-exclusive license that allows them to use the software of the Service with the express purpose stipulated in the Terms.

Third Party Services and ContentThe company warns Users and Stakeholders that the Company may require registration on the website, or in the Services of the Company or third parties, or may require acquisition of software for the Company or services of third parties, but this does not mean that the Company forced Users to use the services of any third party. If it is technically possible and if it is not affected by the functions of the Service, the Company may provide the Service for Users without such registration or acquisition. The Company does not limit the list of the services of the third-party providers, software or other services. Only the technological parameters of the Service and mutual software with third parties may be held under limitation.
19. InvestigationsCompany, in its sole discretion, may (but has no obligation to) monitor or review the Services and materials at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Company shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any of Your Content for any reason (or no reason), including if it violates the Terms or any Law.
Although Company does not monitor User activity occurring in connection with the Services or materials, if Company becomes aware of any possible violations by you of any provision of the Terms, Company reserves the right to investigate such violations, and Company may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate your rights hereunder, including your right to use the Services, or materials or change, alter or remove Your Content or Account Information, in whole or in part, without prior notice to you. If, as a result of such investigation, Company believes that criminal activity has occurred, Company reserves the right to refer the matter to, and to cooperate with, any and all applicable law enforcement authorities. 20. Governing LawAll relations between Parties are governed by the law of the country of the Company’s registration. All disputes shall be solved in form of claim and answer to the claim. In cases where it is not possible to solve a dispute in that form, the dispute shall be referred to the court of the country of the Company’s registration.
